- Follett will accept authorized returns within 60 days from original invoice date. Prior authorization must be obtained.
We must receive returned products within 30 days of authorization. Follett will pay return shipping costs for returns
due to our error.
Follett will replace products or issue credit for returns with the exception of custom orders (including but not limited to
bar-coded materials, FollettBound Platinum, and KAPCO Easy Cover paperbacks). All materials must be
returned in original condition (including shrink-wrap on premium textbooks). Books stamped or otherwise altered after
shipping are non-returnable.
- Discontinued items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Follett School Solutions ships all in-stock items within 2 business days. Backorders and special orders are shipped as soon as
they are available.
School supplies orders are not eligible for international shipping and are limited to Continental US only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
