The information below provides schools and institutions with information about our ordering and payment options.

Information about ordering and payment options specific to home educators and customers located outside of the U.S. is also available.

Ordering Options

Online Orders

Use our online catalog search to build your order. Simplify the submission of future orders by creating and saving booklists to match your ordering needs. Our quick, secured checkout process makes completing your order a breeze.

Note: Online orders placed after 5:00 P.M. Central Time Friday will not be processed for payment until Monday.

Phone Orders

Our Customer Service Representatives are happy to take your phone order. Just give us a call. We will gladly accept your confirming purchase order, provided we receive it within 30 days of your phone order.

Fax/Mail Orders

Complete your Purchase Order or Order Form and fax/mail it to us. For each item ordered, please be sure to include the quantity, publisher, title, grade level, copyright year, and either the FES catalog number, ISBN or EAN number. This will help to expedite your order.

E-Mail Orders

E-Mail your Purchase Order or completed Order Form to us.

Payment Options

Purchase Orders

FES accepts valid purchase orders from public and private schools and institutions. New accounts may be subject to credit approval before orders can be processed.
