 Follett Educational Services (FES) welcomes customers worldwide to purchase either
our pre-owned textbooks and workbooks or our brand-new paperback novels, literature
guides, reference books, or test preparation materials. As a courtesy to our
international customers, FES has set up the guidelines below to facilitate
timely receipt of your order.
Information about ordering and payment options specific to
schools/institutions and
home educators is also available.
Prepayment
FES must receive payment, in U.S. dollars, from a bank or bank transfer prior to
shipping your order.
Payment Options
- To inquire about opening an account, please contact our Accounts Receivable Department via
e-mail (textbooks@fes.follett.com),
telephone (630-972-5600) or fax (630-972-5700).
- Other accounts may request a proforma invoice with prepayment using a check
drawn on a U.S. bank or bank transfer.
- Visa®, MasterCard®,
and American Express® are accepted.
Shipping
Customers requesting direct shipment will be quoted customized shipping options. All charges are
prepaid. Customers are responsible for payment of local duty and taxes. All shipping charges
are F.O.B. Destination.
Restrictions
School supplies orders are not eligible for international shipping and are limited to Continental US only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Fill Rates
Demand is high for pre-owned textbooks. We recommend ordering early for the best selection.
The earlier you order, the better the chance that FES will be able to get you the books you need.
Order Turnaround
Provided all payment issues have been resolved, shipping can be made within one week of order
receipt.

Note: Online orders placed after 5:00 P.M. Central Time Friday will not be
processed for payment until Monday.

Our Customer Service Representatives are happy to take your phone order. Just

Fax/Mail Orders
Complete your Order Form and
fax/mail it to us.
For each item ordered, please be sure to include the quantity, publisher, title, grade level,
copyright year, and either the FES catalog number, ISBN or EAN number. This will help to
expedite your order.
E-Mail Orders
E-Mail your completed Order Form to us.
Note: E-Mail orders placed after 5:00 P.M. Central Time Friday will not be
processed for payment until Monday.
